Oh 6 days is way early! You don't even implant until 6-12 days! But the cramping is a very good sign so I'd say hold out for about 2 or 3 days and test again!

Same. Nothing. But it is way too early. Retest at 10-12 DPO at the earliest. Not easy waiting I know! :(
Implantation may not have occurred yet at 6DPO, even if it had so quickly, you still have to give it a couple days for enough HCG levels to build up (this is the hormone secretion released in our urine POST implantation which HPTs pick up to give you your BFP).
