Does anyone have an issue with your SO best friend?!

I like all of my partners friends except for one who just happens to be his best friend. Frustrating much!

I have a hard time with this. I don't dislike her at all. I absolutely love that she is his best friend. She (and her now husband) was there for him long before I came around. However. I'm so indifferent towards her. That really upsets her and my fiancé even that I don't "like" her (which only pushes me further away). If she's around that's fine. But if I have the choice to sit at home alone or hang out with her elsewhere (either alone or with all his friends) I'd pick going home. We just have nothing in common and it's painfully awkward for me even though she thinks it's fine.

I think it's important to have your own friends. And I think it's also important to have crossover in friends. His best friend just doesn't happen to be in that crossover group.

Not his friend but his brother. I feel awful about not liking him. But hes a pig, perverted, dirty, and talks my SO into doing stupid and reckless things. That, and he has made it known, that he doesnt respect me or our relationship.
