Pregnancy weight gain....
I started showing pretty early... the first pic is at 10 weeks, the second is now at 26 weeks. I’ve gained a double chin and back rolls!! Approximately 30lbs. I’m worried at how much I’m going to gain in my remaining 3 months.. I used to work out a lot before pregnancy, but once I became pregnant I was just so nauseous and tired. Then once i got my energy back, my back started killing me and I could barely walk some days.. now I’m starting to feel better and would like to incorporate light exercises. I work 40 hours a week in a hospital so I’m on my feet most of the time, it’s freezing where I live so I can’t walk outside.. hoping for some tips/advice. Thank you!
