So I’ve been on the pill for acne and birth control purposes for about 4 months and I’ve noticed I get extremely upset, anxious, and irritable just before I get my period each month- like PMS X 1000000. This month is much worse than the previous 3 times and it gets to the point where I feel I need to isolate myself from those around me which always makes me feel so much worse, but I can’t bare having to put on a smiling face and act like nothings wrong because I just feel so shitty.

Is this normal? I don’t know whether it’s just me or a general side effect but I can’t change or go off the pill because of my acne. HELP ME PLS THANKS xox
