feeling very defeated today, like this isn't going to be my month. i know its okay if it isnt, but always a big let down. i have been having (tmi alert) a slight headache off and on, and mild cramps off and on, mildly sore/heavy breasts, extra tired, kinda constipated, light creamy cm, verry verrry high cervix thats squishy, but temps still pretty low. overall sense of defeat. all pretty normal pms signs. so not looking very promising. trying to stay cheery and not get down already , but its harder some days.
