school dorm office took my money.

so, I have three quarters lease at the dorm and the first quarter, I lived there, and second time I didn't because I have to go back to Japan and the check my thyroid issues because the US health care doensy cover much when I see a doctor. the housing officer was like "I'm sorry to hear about your illness" then he goes " since its too late for the quarter to cancel ((I already paid for the screen quarter housing fees )) and he said "you can keep the room and leave your stuff and come back to it any time in Spirng. ((my third lease and last one )) But then, he recently charged me for new payment which I thought the second payment shoudl go to the third payment, but no he said I have to pay. it's really hard for an international student to keep paying for the thing I paid. the tution itself its aroind $3800 per quarter and plus now housing. and I have to pay again. I feel really bad for my mom because she's the one who's supporting me through my study abroad in the US. I am really sad and depressed. my bf does not give a F this time when he normally listens to me. I just need someone to talk to and not be sad.
