Can I slow down?

This is the chart I found when I looked it up. 
My twins were born a week ago and I'm pumping every three hours. I'm getting roughly around 30ml each time. Should I slow down on the pumping?

I have a feeling that chart might be how much milk formula-fee babies need. My daughter is 15 weeks and still only takes 2-3 oz per feeding and is gaining weight steadily. I've read that breastfed babies need  19-30 oz per day from 3-6 months so that chart seems high to me.

Okay I see I'm not making enough. Right now I can't actually breast feed because babies are in NICU. They told me that once I can actually hold them my milk will come in faster. Right now they are in incubators.

That chart seems awfully high. Most breastfed babies go through around 25 oz a day unless they are in the "wonder weeks" and may take a few more oz.

I wouldn't slow down.. My girl is 8 weeks and drinks 4-5 oz per eating. She eats about 8 times or every 3 hrs so that about 30 oz a day she needs day. Keep pumping momma
