Toning up

Has anyone toned their arms and legs during pregnancy? I’ve been working out (not a strict schedule) and flexible dieting for a few months before finding out (only 5 weeks right now) but I was wondering if anyone has had success with toneing up their arms and or legs while pregnant. I know weight gain is inevitable (this is my third and gained waaaaay too much with my first and have been paying for it ever since) but just wondering if any of you ladies have and what you’re doing
