Should jury members be public record?
There have been some jurors who were murdered for sending someone to prison. Recently, El Chalpo (a Mexican war lord) tried to intimidate the jury by saying he won't kill any of them if they say he is guilty. Do you think jury members should be public record? Does it put a lot of jurors at risk especially since there are consequences for not serving on a jury without a valid excuse?
