Loss of symptoms anyone?

I found out I was pregnant Sunday. My boobs were extremely sore, nauseas, extremely bloated and full, my lower back hurt so bad, and my legs were awful at night... I should be 5 weeks tomorrow and last night my symptoms seemed to slowly go away. Today my boobs aren’t nearly as sore but still the same size, not so much bloating, just a little strength feeling on my sides.... anyone have this and everything turn out to be okay? I had a Missed miscarriage a couple years ago and I’m petrified it’s the same thing. I don’t have an appt til the 6th of Feb! 😩😩
