6 weeks but don't feel pregnant?!

I'm 6 weeks along but honestly don't feel pregnant.  Apart from tender and larger boobs, some minor twinges in lower abdomen area I don't have any other 'symptoms'. Should I be worried? This is my first pregnancy.

I had no morning sickness with my son. In fact, I had a totally symptom free pregnancy. Other than growing boobs and belly, I had no negative symptoms. No heartburn, no hemorrhoids, no stretch marks, no head aches... I lived being pregnant... Knock on wood.

I am on week 3 and having the same symptoms you are in addition to just feeling  tired. I hope I am as fortunate as you and miss the onset of morning sickness in the coming weeks!

I have two kids and I didn't have any symptoms with either of them, nothing at all. I felt like I was not even pregnant. Except sore breasts, that's the only thing that was letting me know that I was pregnant. So don't worry about it too much, every woman is different. My sister felt nauseated,  vomiting as soon as she got pregnant, light headed, and cramping. Good luck

I was nauseas every now and then with my daughter. Other then that nothing.  We're considered lucky
