I am ttc #1, I have hasimotos thyroid, have had elevated cortisol and testosterone on bloodwork. My tsh currently normal next check is in July has fluctuated for a couple years now. My endocrine said I do not have "pcos" bc I don't have abd weight gain or hump back so I don't look like a typical pcos'er but I've gained between 15-20lbs in the last few years, I am not over weight 5'8" 145lbs. They didn't do an ultrasound said the elevated cortisol and testosterone were birthcontrol related, well I'm off birth control and have not gotten pregnant x4 months using opks's and frequent BDing. Should I be concerned? Anyone else have these issues? Suggestions for increasing fertility?
