Sad 😢

I introduced bottles and that was what killed my breastfeeding experience 🤱 now she prefers bottles 😔 pumping is twice as hard as just being able to breastfeed and I hate it! She is very high needs and whenever I go to pump she needs me or when I try during a nap (she only naps for 30 minutes at a time) she will wake up and interrupt my flow ugh It’s so sad. I just hope I don’t lose my milk because of this. She is only 3 months and I wanted to breastfeed for a year. 😭 I’ve tried a nipple shield she hates it, I tried giving her some bottle then switching quick to breast but then she gets mad again because she has to work for her milk. Idk what to do 🤷‍♀️ When I pump I’m only getting tops 5 oz every 4 hours, when I pump 3 hours I only get 3oz and that’s not enough as she needs up to 32oz a day!! I have had to supplement and it sucks, formula is so expensive and not what I wanted for her. 😔
