I have a cold with acute laryngitis, and a 3 month old to take care of while my boyfriend works 7 days a week. I'm hoping to find tips and tricks. thank you.

Well thankfully your baby is still little and naps often. Just lay in bed together and sleep as soon as baby sleeps. 
Take your vitamins, nurse baby often (if you nurse) nursing is totally beneficial to baby right now while you’re sick.

I got really really sick when my son was about 4 months. I laid in bed and he laid with me. I just brought a few toys in bed for him and nursed him when he was hungry. If you have family, ask them for help

first of all wear mask and wash ur hands often wash ur sheets often and change  ur clothes often, to keep baby safe from germs. I have 2 kids one of them was 2 months I had such a bad cold. I am all by myself no help from family and friends and husband at work. I suppose to watch kids cook, clean, pump. it's not easy. but in ur situation u have only one so it should be little bit easier. try to get a nap while ur baby napping. I hope ur LO not napping in ur arms. and first of all as I said above wear mask 24 hours coz u don't want sick baby right?! that's what I did
