Not sure what this is
So my son is 2, just got over being sick this past week. I noticed one of these small looking blisters on his shoulder last week, this week it has now grown three more. This doesn’t seem to bother him and it is no where else on his body. Anyone have any idea as to what this could be and what i could do for it or should I go take him to see the doctor?
