Oh it means a bfp I noticed changes about a week before my period was due I thought it was just symptoms of my period about to come but it wasn't and they were looking bloated(i was getting asked Moby multiple people if I was pregnant) one person actually told me the day I conceived that I was glowing and she TOLD me I was pregnant and sure enough I was. I also was starting to pee more often then usual, like waking up in the middle of the night. I was VERY emotional I had a weird craving at 2-3 am every morning for French fries with ketchup and mayo. Then the day my period was supposed to come I started having dull achy cramps and I still believed my af would show but didn't. I had constant cramps but they were barely noticeable, apparently it's normal due to everything down there stretching preparing for a baby.
