am i too sensitive??

Here's the story.. TTC for almost a year. In November i found out i had a mass on my right ovary. December 28th i had surgery for oophorectomy, fallopian tube, and the mass. The mass turned out benign. So recently I mentioned to my 2 girlfriends that next month or so i want to start trying. their immediate response was "they would carry my baby" my one friend who thinks shes a know it all tried saying it wouldnt be possible for me. my doctor did state there shouldnt be any issues cause my left ovary / tube looked perfectly fine. i just felt so hurt that instead of saying encouraging words..they were so quick to say i cant successful conceive / carry my own child. neither has texted me since i ended the previous text by just saying i thought it was insensitive. any advice?
