My cramps are horrific to the point that I’ve passed out before but I managed to get through and entirely unmedicated, natural birth. There’s no tellin though! Anything can happen with vaginas lol!

The first I went into labor, I thought I had bad gas and needed to poop but couldn't. 😂 The second time I had to be induced, but since I have a delayed reaction a lot of numbing agents and resistance to pain medications, the epidural didn't work until hours later, so I definitely felt labor pains. That pain was more like cramps, front and back with bad gas. The same hormone that causes menstrual cramps causes labor pains. It's called prostaglandins. I makes your uterus contract to expel what it needs to expel.
