Help ?

I'd appreciate any advice/knowledge. My husband and I are trying to conceive our first child . We have tried 5 cycles now (this being 6) I had intercourse 1 day before ovulation and the day of and after . I had read chances on conception were greater . Am I correct to believe that ?? Because I've tried this 3 out of 6 times now and NOTHING yet . Should I be worried ??
