Ulcerative colitis flare up

I’m 31 weeks pregnant today and I was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis a couple years ago. During this pregnancy I was told to stop my medicine and haven’t had any sign of a flare up since... until today. I don’t have anyone I know that has UC to be able to talk to. So if any of you ladies also have UC or Chrones feel free to give me insight on what I can do or should do. And also if it could hurt the baby or cause preterm labor. Because the internet always makes everything sound worse.
