11 weeks 2 days.. I only have fatigue today??

My symptoms seem to be fading. I should be glad but I'm a bit nervous. Is anyone else experiencing a lack in symptoms?

Usually by the second trimester your symptoms go away or slow down.

My symptoms went away at ten weeks. I felt amazing for two weeks. I was suffering from hyperemisis so it was a huge relief, but it did scare me for a bit. But at twelve weeks it came back worse than ever!

I'm 11 weeks today, just saw my doctor on Friday. She said my symtpoms should start to improve over the next few weeks :)
