Weird yeast infection with green discharge

So, for the past month I’ve been having green discharge with no smell, burning, hurting when I pee, and only an occasional itch. Of course I’m freaking out because it is #1 very gross #2 uncomfortable. I asked my OB about it and she didn’t seem concerned at all... I decided to go to an urgent care last Saturday to see what was the matter since my OB wouldn’t do a vaginal exam. The test results FINALLY came back today. It is not an std or infection, but overgrown yeast. So, if you are having this type of discharge with no itch, burn, hurting when you pee, you could just have lots of yeast. Just thought I would help out anyone who’s having this issue(:
