TMI but sore anus (gross combination of words) after period?

like I always find my booty hole is super uncomfortable and raw after my period is done. I notice it esp when I wipe. I think it's because the pads irritate it, but I'm not sure. I'm wondering if this is normal or I'm just weird and should be concerned...

I think that's normal and you shouldn't worry. Pads can irritate the bottom area, I've experienced that as well which is also why I use tampons now but don't worry. I would say, carry wipes with you so that you can wipe and  change sanitary napkins as often as possible

It's probably irritated from the moisture, I'd try using using wipes to clean yourself and powder to help with the moisture.
