This was my life saver. I had horrible horrible first 22 weeks of pregnancy. I couldn't eat anything, my insurance wouldn't cover meds so my midwife told me about this. I still take it if I feel like I am going to be sick. It will make you sleepy for the fist few times you take it after that you should be fine.

I never  needed  it.... but its pretty  common to take unisom and b6 for morning sickness..... I also drank Vitamin water which has b12 and b6 in it. That helps with that weird  taste some end up  getting
