I told my mom that I’m bisexual and I’m certain I am and she told me that it’s just a phase and she will always be supporting but she doesn’t believe me

If she's supporting that's a great first step even if she doesn't believe you. I'd just slowly familiarize her with it and maybe she'll get used to it? I personally grew out of it but I am no means saying she's right about you. Everyone is different and that's a good thing :)

Well, what’s her behavior otherwise? If she is very anti LGBTQ+ or starts being harmful you will have to protect yourself until can get out. However, if it seems to be a simple lack of knowledge, you can build a case using reliable sources, some exposure, and other supportive adults in your life.

Give it time. Sometimes it's hard for parents to believe something. I've been out to my mom for 3 years and she still thinks I'll go to Hell, and that I have to hide myself. She says "it's a phase, it may not completely go away, but you can compress it." Tbh, she'll see how much of a phase it is once I marry my girlfriend.

I told my mom once I was bi. She kept asking me 'How do you know?' I think she was expecting me to say I had a girlfriend or I watched porn or something. TBH, I was 16 at the time and I had watched some porn by then, and figured this out, but I couldn't exactly reveal that to her. I haven't said anything since, and my dad doesn't even know. I think my mom has just shrugged it off as a phase in my life even though I know it's not that. I don't really have advice for you other than to keep insisting. I doubt she'll believe it until you actually take a girlfriend home (if you do), but don't let her forget it. If she didn't outright reject you, then I hope this means that she'll have to finally stop swimming in denial once you prove that you are what you are.

I haven’t fully come out but I’ve asked my mom what she would think if I was bi as a major hint. But she just says that sometimes it’s admiration for woman so I know how you feel. 😕😒 they just don’t get it.
