What am I doing wrong

Question

Lately at night my one month old will want to nurse a lot and then become fussy aswell. My mil has been been feeding her the bottle in the evening. Which she has been eating lots. But when I nurse her she doesn’t seem full and content. Is my supply getting low because of the bottle feeds ?  Not sure what’s going on. It never used to be like this. She used to nurse and go to bed around 9:30 10 pm for 3-4 hours. Now it feels like I can’t get her to go down forever

it's very possible your supply dropped because of the bottle feeds: do you pump to make sure you're emptying your breasts? if not, you body adjusts. 
in the future: if a bottle is given to your baby, that amount is not being taken from your breast therefore your body adjusts to needing to give baby less and moves on. if it's occasional, it's okay but for me I've noticed even 2-3 days of this and my supply drops. if baby gets a bottle, use a pump instead of a feed. 
it's also possible that baby is going through a growth spurt, my son would be absolutely insatiable during his. best best would be for the next day or two drunk TONS of water, eat oatmeal (that you cook, not quick), cut back on caffeine if you have a lot and nurse baby exclusively and that should help with either of the above!

You’re not doing anything wrong. She’s cluster feeding, normal at this point. She’s working in increasing your supply to help with an upcoming growth spurt.
Make sure your mother in law in practicing paced bottle feeding.

My one month old is doing the SAME exact thing. She latches eats and then unlatches herself and grunts and moves her head around like I haven't fed her. My husband is also giving a bottle in the evening. I know my supply isn't low. But I assumed it was cluster feeding. She just can't get full it seems. But I did read at this point in their lives this behavior is normal and it should reassure you because she's hitting a growth spurt! Keep up your hard work 😊
