Do you douche or not? Some doctors say yes and some say no!?

I do on occasion, i feel like it needs done but them I hear from some people that they are really bad for your lady parts ?! What do you think?

Have never ever heard a doctor say it was good to douche... and I would never. I actually had a friend who was obsessed with it and it f*cked her ladybits up, you could seriously smell her from ten feet away.

Douching gets rid of all the good bacteria that keeps our lady parts healthy. It can cause UTI's and yeast infections if done too much.

Douching can cause pelvic inflammatory disease and infertility. The FDA even makes them print a warning on the box. I've never heard of a doctor saying to douche.

My gyno said to fill up the bath tub a couple inches deep and pour peroxide into the water about 1/4 cup. Sit in the tub wth your legs up and knees bent then splash the water  with your hand towards your vaginal opening. She said this will help clean it enough but yes that douching kills both good and bad bacteria.

Don't do it, it adds d amount of bacteria and messes with the natural chemicals...vaginas are self cleaning.

I used to until I got pregnant and the obgyn said not to that's what causes uti's and BV. It destroys your good bacteria too and it throws your PH balance off track 
Your vagina cleanses itself out that's what your period is for, it's like a self cleaning oven,
