spotting after sex!? 9wks

DH just got home from out of state work and we had slightly intense intercourse. I went to pee and when I wiped the paper was pink. I am 9wks. should I be worried? I can't contact my OB until Monday. I'm so scared. I dont have any cramps or anything like that. thanks ladies.

My midwife just talked about this with me! When pregnant, our cervix fills with blood. So after sex it’s normal to wipe and see pink. She compared it to brushing your teeth and your gums bleed. 
So as long as it’s light, you should be perfect!

thanks ladies. it stopped the next day and I haven't had any more since. I just told hubby that it was off limits until our next appt.

It’s normal. Happened during my first pregnancy. Make sure to let your doctor know, but it’s normal. Your cervix is more sensitive while pregnant so intercourse can irritate it.
