Who do you agree with most?

I see this exchange on the internet quite often and I was wondering who you think is right or the “least wrong.”

To give you context: this is on an article about people who got dumped in crappy ways. The first person is responding to someone who got dumped after getting 6 wisdom teeth removed (she explained in the comments she had hyperdontia) and had to ask why he was dumping her by writing back on forth on a piece of paper because she couldn’t talk.
