baby bedtime?

Our little man was born at 35 weeks and is 7 weeks now (so 2 weeks corrected age). He's a lot more alert than a typical 2 week old, but definitely not on par with a 7 week old who was full term. He falls somewhere in between with most things. We usually just put him down for the night (ha. if only it was the whole night. I'm ready for some decent sleep!) around 1130 or midnight, but I'm wondering if any of you mamas put your babies down earlier? By 7 weeks, we were putting our daughter down at 730 then waking her for a dream feed before we went to bed, but again, our little guy is obviously not a typical 7 week old. Just wondering when other mamas started a bedtime with their preemies (even if they woke up a bunch during the night still). He's still in our room and probably will be for at least another month.
