It depends on how your partner and you define being a virgin. If you've had oral sex with someone else, it's possible you've contracted an STI. Also, there are other STIs (herpes and HPV) that are passed through skin-to-skin contact, even if no penetration has taken place.

It’s not likely. But some people are born with an STI if their mother had one when she gave birth. That’s not very common at all though and those people are generally made aware of their status by their parents (or at least their parents should make them aware and if they’re over 18 their doctor will have told them). 
The only one people forget about is cold sores- that’s a strain of HSV and can be transmitted to the genitals of you give oral sex while shedding the virus (generally when the sore is open, but some people do shed before a sore is visible).

I voted no but the answer should be yes. Bc just because you don’t have sex with the penis entering the vagina, you can still get them from oral sex

As long as your both clean. No. If either of you have any family history of having an sti it’s possible you could have something that was passed at birth. Either talk to your parents or get tested. 
Also it really depends what your definition of virginity means as well as your partner’s. If you only consider penis in vagina sex as losing your virginity it’s possible you are your partner could have something if you have done any type of sexual activity. 
Oral sex and anal sex can transmit an sti. Fingering/handjobs while a lot less likely too can also transfer sti (basically only if you have an open cut on the hand/fingers being used.)
Any genital to genital or mouth to genital contact can transfer an sti. (Liking cum, rubbing genitals together without inserting) 
Also there are certain viruses such as HIV that can be transmitted through blood so doing something like sharing needs or doing a blood bond (that stupid thing where two friends will cut themselves and shake hands) can transmit things like that as well. 
The best thing to do would to just get tested before, if both of you are clean than you won’t get anything.
