i stopped completely at about 3 months pregnant and unfortunately shit got stressful and i gave in. now i smoke like 3 drags off my bfs smoke every few days. can't kick that nicotine addiction.

I tapered off until I finally quit completely at 16 wks. it was hard but you can do it!
