Positive opk confusion

Hi! I had a positive OPK (clearblue and wondfo) and am looking for anyone in a similar situation. I was told I likely don’t ovulate with pcos but just got a positive OPK on CD 18. This is the first month I’ve been really tracking. Anyone in the same boat? Could I be ovulating on my own or is this a big tease? Thanks!!
