Anyone else having practically no symptoms now?

I started out with very tender breasts which subsided after a week or two. My nipples are now sensitive but only really in the mornings. I’ve only thrown up once about two weeks ago. For the last two weeks I’ve felt absolutely starved which makes me also feel nauseous.. that has subsided greatly over the past few days. Now I really don’t feel anything except for more frequent urination which could be from the extra water I’ve been drinking.

My next scan is next Monday at 10 weeks 1 day and my doctor will be doing another ultrasound. I’m both excited and nervous..
