Ok so I know this doesn’t really have much to do with this whole app and what ever but google isn’t really much help so...

I have a pitched nerve and I’ve had it for as long as I can remember. It’s extremely uncomfortable and although it comes and goes, it’s there at least once a day and doesn’t go away for awhile. I know there isn’t much you can do for a pinched nerve and the place I have it in (the middle-ish part of my left shoulder) is hard to stretch out so I was wondering if any of you ladies have any tips
