Your nipples might stick out a bit more due to a baby sucking on them all the time but there shouldn’t be any permanent changes. I’ve been breastfeeding for 11mths and even though they’ll be a little perkier straight after a feed they pretty much go straight back to normal within a few mins. 
Only exception I guess would be inverted nipples that would likely stay normal after breastfeeding 
In saying that in the early days you want to use a good nipple cream to help with any chafing or cracking and if need be get baby’s latch checked so they’re feeding properly and not causing issues. But dont stress. Your nipples are tougher than you think!

My breasts and nipples changed during pregnancy, not while breastfeeding. The only change I would blame on breastfeeding is they stick out a little more, just barely though.
