Is it really possible? Please help me out.

I ovulated on CD16 with one egg and had another smaller egg (12.5mm) in my right ovary. We were expecting we would get pregnant this cycle - I took Femara/Letrozole this cycle. But I started bleeding yesterday, 6 days before my period was due. Do you think I might still be miraculously pregnant and only the smaller egg dissolved, resulting in a period? It was dark brown yesterday and redder today and I'm bleeding pretty heavily. Been TTC after a miscarriage for 1.5 years. Waiting for a miracle.
