How did you know you had high blood pressure?

I’m 37 weeks pregnant and I’ve been having headaches,nauseous, blurry vision and felt weak . 
What were your symptoms when you had high blood pressure???

Go get to checked. Don't mess around with potential preeclampsia, stroke and liver failure can happen fairly quickly. Even of you go to a pharmacy, get it checked.

I had no symptoms, I found out (not during pregnancy) during a routine biometric screening. I cut out caffeine, and my blood pressure dropped back to normal almost immediately.

Don’t wait ! I was 31 weeks and felt this way. I put it off for 3 days until my appt. He sent me straight to the hospital where they did a emergency c section that night at 31 weeks because I had severe pre e and my blood pressure wouldn’t go down and her heart rate kept dropping. I had no idea I was sick. Just thought maybe I was dehydrated. I gained 70lbs from swelling. It’s nothing to play with at all. They call pre e “the silent killer” not trying to scare you but it is scary and something to be concerned about go to the dr!
