Am I out???

AF is to start today....last night I started to spot however I never start with light spotting.  AF normally starts very heavy....I have no major cramping like I normally do...just confused...thought?

But be aware of changes in your body cause my best friend (also 30) had this happen to her and found out she was seven weeks pregnant despite negative pregnancy tests.....

I have been experiencing the same thing. I am 30 and TTC baby #2. My entire life my period has been four days heavy flow a day or two of spotting a day or two medium flow and done. I don't know if my hormones are just raging cause I want this pregnancy so bad or what but for the past three months my period has started with spotting also. I don't know if it's because I'm getting older now or like I said just hormones off the charts! You're not alone though.
