ive had to stop taking my pregnancy vitamins!

Ive been suffering with bad constipation and taking the pregnancy vitamins have made it worse so I've stopped taking them which it has been over a week now. I am currently 12 weeks pregnant tomorrow ... I don't really no what to do as everything I've taken does not help me go and I feel really bad I'm not taking the pregnancy vitamins! did you stop taking yours?
