So I'm on the Xulane patch birth control and I had my period 2 weeks ago and a few days ago I noticed slight brown with some light pink/red discharge and then it went away. Last night it was more brown and this morning it is more brown and almost like a period but I only have slight cramping (usually when I'm on my period I have excruciating cramps, massive and massive amounts of red blood and clots) and I'm not sure what is going on. My periods are very regular and I've never had two periods in one month before and lately I'm always bloated, tired, hungry and also feel like throwing up. Does anyone have some Insight on what could be going on?
