Overreacting?

Soooo I’ll admit I’m a hypochondriac 😂 I’m 6 weeks 1day and have had severe “all day sickness” starting 5 days ago. In one week I’ve lost 8lbs. So I did some googling and it brought up the possibility of twins, it also brought up that normally if you take a pregnancy test directly after a missed period (3 day after missed af for me) it usually shows a light of faint line. However if you have multiples your HCG levels are higher which cause a darker line these pics were taken the day I took the test both within mins of each other. Test lines are in the left. So my question is am I looking too much into it or is it a good possibility I’m carrying 2 LO?
