Depends on the career you have/want. If they require you to use your piercing, do septum. There is a certain style of nose ring you can flip over to hide it. Lip piercings are more difficult to hide but if you don't need to hide your piercings, then definitely do the lip one.

Why not both?? They look amazing on you! I can't decide! Lmao the perk for working wise is you can flip the septum piercing up if it's the right jewelry.. but you could always get plastic piercings so the job factor isn't so bothersome for lip. Love the stud for lip though!!
