Different beliefs ... (FTM)

So I grew up Catholic and baptized as well. My husband was also baptized catholic but is now a Christian. We aren’t very holly we sin from time to time lol we just had our daughter and I want to baptize her catholic just like I was. He on the other hand doesn’t want to. He says she can decide that on her own once she’s older. Which I understand if she wants to be baptized Christian or whatever she decides later on in life she can. But it’s tradition in a Mexican family to be baptized as a baby. I’m so confused on what to do. It’s like every time I think about picking my daughters godparents he gets annoyed by it cus it bothers him.
