?diastasis recti ?

So question! I am 32 weeks—FTM. Normal weight, worked out previously to pregnancy and still working out (much lighter). I think I have Diastasis Recti or “coning” of the stomach I noticed it when I was getting up from bed. I’m so mad because I’ve been trying so bad to stay active without straining or overusing my abs at all. Can it go away or is it for forever ? Note: I am so thrilled to bring this baby boy into this world and would always trade my body for him over and over again I just would like some insight 🙂 thank you!!!
