Question on ovulation

I'm not taking any ovulation tests and just ttc by using the fertile widow and according to glow today is my ovulation day, we had sex last night. My obgyn said every other night is good because it gives the sperm 24 hours to rebuild back up. Should we have sex tonight anyway or did we miss our opportunity already?
