Today I found out that my 5 month old has a milk intolerance. If I continue to breastfeed I would need to cut dairy out of my diet, before all this I was contemplating if I wanted to stop breastfeeding, there is too much to explain as of why but to sum it up it's been a rough breastfeeding journey, I'm very sad to end it but I think I'm going to. Please no negativity about me stopping, I do feel horrible already.😢 But now my question is to you mom's that have babies with a milk intolerance, that formula feed what is the best formula that's dairy free?
