Spotting

Hi ladies. I’ve been spotting on and off for the past couple of weeks now. I am 9 weeks pregnant. It’s mostly been brown. But yesterday for the first time I saw red. Only a couple drops and then just stopped. When I insert my progesterone vaginally it will start again. I’m just so confused as to what’s going on. I go to my doctor every time and they can’t tell me anything. All they do is reassure me with an ultrasound. Has anyone had this happen before? I’ve had 2 previous miscarriages and every little thing freaks me out. But I can’t understand why for weeks now I am getting this bleeding.
