OBGYN Prescribed me Terconazole Cream?

I’m 38 weeks pregnant and a couple days and my OB prescribed me a vaginal cream for 7 days for a yeast infection. I could go into labor anytime now..If I go into labor with an yeast infection would it harm my baby?

It wouldn't necessarily harm your baby but they can get thrush. It's easily treatable.

I’m 32 weeks and my twins could come anytime and they gave me clotrimazole 3. She told me they don’t like to give oral medications too close to birth so it was a 3 day vaginal cream insert and it knocked it out fast with no issues.
