Does this look normal?

So I had my first scan today and have been told all is well with baby but since showing the picture to a few people and having them all comment on how big baby looks, I'm a little worried. I fished out my first scan photos of my older 3 only to find that everyone was right, this one looks huge! Could it be something to do with the way I was scanned? This time is the first time I've ever had a transvaginal ultrasound, would that maybe make it look bigger or different to my others? Here's today's scan photo, I'm 8 weeks and 4 days along, any advice would be appreciated =)
